Ruby Wines is seeking an energetic purposeful individual to join our team as a Division Sales Manager for Metro Boston. The ideal candidate has existing relationships with key On-Premise and Off-Premise accounts. Fine Wine, Spirit and Sake knowledge is required.
As a Division Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance in your assigned market. You will manage a sales team, helping them achieve maximum growth in line with our company’s vision and values.
Position Responsibilities
• Direct all key sales team activities to boost sales, gross profit, market share and visibility.
• Execute team strategy and vision to hit our company goals and objectives.
• Prioritize and execute the team’s sales activities.
• Coach, train, and develop each sales representative.
• Communicate and deliver our programs and priorities effectively to key accounts.
• Maintain a positive and energetic team environment.
• Make regular sales calls with sales reps, suppliers, and winery personnel to strengthen connections and drive business.
• Hold weekly team or one-on-one meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Five to seven years of wholesale or supplier experience.
• Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and registration.
