Join Our Event Team – Now Hiring Event Servers in Santa Barbara!
RubyLemon is looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced Event Servers to join our team for upcoming events in Santa Barbara and surrounding areas. If you have experience in restaurants, catered events, or hospitality and love creating memorable guest experiences – we’d love to hear from you!
We’re currently holding group Zoom interviews for new team members with a great attitude and at least 3 years of guest-facing experience. Selected candidates will then be invited to an in-person interview.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or similar roles
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (W2 role)
Job Details:
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on the event)
- Location: Events across Santa Barbara, CA
- Job Type: Part-time, event-based work
