Job Description
Over sees dining room and coordinates front of the house food service activities.
Responsibilities
- orientates supervises and trains front to the house employees
- makes performance reviews of front of the house employees
- works with serving staff about any menu changes, daily specials
- ensures proper food handling procedures
- handles customer complaints
- ensures efficient operation
- make changes in the section layout to accommodate needs
- stocks pies and cheesecakes(AM Shifts)
- supervise cashier's activities
- communication with adjacent departments to ensure proper dining activities
- other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Knowledge and skill requirements
- experience in various phases of the dining room operations
- general knowledge of food and beverage procedures
- communication skills (English fluency is preferred)
Working Conditions

- physically and mentally demanding
- long working hours
