Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Public Relations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and develop a marketing plan in the curation of brand and message dissemination
- Executing marketing plan with consistent messaging across all platforms and mediums
- Elevating brand in multiple markets for increased awareness and lead generation
- Tracking of KPI's in marketing modalities
- Tracking marketing expenditures to determine practical use of marketing budget
- Plan and attend community outreach events
- Organize community-based events
- Research new communities to market to
- Create unique marketing approaches for targeted market/s
- Manage relations with vendors, business, referral partners, and community organizations
- Strategically plan and implement lead generation efforts using various techniques that increase and diversify quality referrals to the firm.
Experience
- Candidate must have deep professional experience in developing a strategic marketing plan and brand development
- Must have experience in brand elevating and public relations
- Must have a proven track record of planning and executing marketing plans to generate actual clients
- Must have experience in lead generation
- Must have experience in public relations
- Must have experience working in a corporate setting and a team atmosphere
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels.
- Proven experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Strong experience in branding and development of brand and messaging
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and analytics.
- Experience in non-digital marketing techniques as well as mailers, fliers, and promotional materials
