- Coordinate bid-related tasks, including ITB setup, document organization, take-off tracking, overlaying plans, etc.
- Collect, analyze, and organize project data (e.g., consultants, project location, classification, etc.) for use in estimating and reviews.
- Help build trade partners relationships through events, prequalification, and feedback.
- Maintain and update unit cost, project, and value engineering databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare weekly reports and track departmental initiatives and project activities.
- Utilize tools like Unanet, Destini, and Toggle Ai to streamline workflows and support preconstruction activities.
- Track sales activity and maintain project pipeline data to create quarterly reports for leadership.
- Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
- Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Intermediate computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, managing Outlook email and calendar, and ability to learn new software.
- High School Diploma required.
