As an Accounting Specialist/Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with multiple clients, in a wide variety of industries
- Monthly account reconciliations
- General ledger maintenance
- Prepare client report and complete month-end close
- QuickBooks Online
- Bill.com
- Various Payroll Providers
- Bachelor or Associate degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience) required
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online is required
- Excellent communication skills along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
