DESCRIPTION :
As a Vice-President of Operations at Becho, Inc., reporting tothe President , you will have the opportunity to :
- Manage between two to four site Project Managers and their site teams.
- Be directly involved assisting in managing project construction activities with site Project Managers and make improvements where needed.
- Be directly involved in assisting in managing job cost analysis on all projects with site Project Managers and to ensure profitability on projects, and to identify and make improvements where needed.
- Assist with estimating of East Coast bids, procurement, scheduling, and cost control
- Communicate effectively with the site Project Managers, and when necessary, assist them with sub-contractors, vendors and joint venture partners responsible for completing various phases of work.
- Assist site Project Managers coordinating efforts of all parties involved in projects, including the owner, architect, consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS :
Expected Salary range for this position is $300,000 – 350,000 depending upon experience
