The Rudolph Auto Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our Human Resources team!
This position will aid in the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. These duties include extensive data entry, recruitment, pre-hire and new hire orientation, workers' compensation and benefits administration, filing, and assisting employees with personnel matters.

You need:
- Clerical/office experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Extreme confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Ability to multi-task efficiently with great organization skills and attention to detail
- To speak English proficiently and Spanish conversationally
- Reliable transportation to the WEST side of town
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing which includes a drug test, background check, and MVR
