Pay Range :
60,000 to $75,000 DOE
Job Description :
At Rudolph Community & Care, we are seeking a Program Director to oversee up to three houses. Each house supports between two to four individuals and has its own Program Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction and success of RCC through active participation in weekly leadership meetings and direct involvement in program operations.
This is not a remote position; Program Directors are expected to spend 60% of their time visiting and supervising programs onsite, with the remaining time in the office.
Key Responsibilities :

Understand and champion RCC’s mission, vision, and values.
Oversee programming functions, maintain schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
Prepare for and participate in licensing and relicensing meetings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals served and other stakeholders.
Assist HR in conducting investigations as needed.
Facilitate regular meetings with Program Managers.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
