GEM Service is searching for a detail-oriented technical person to join our team and support the field quoting process. This position will support all Rudolph Libbe Group office locations. NOTE: The person hired into this role can be located in any of our RLG office locations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with technicians in the field to gather details for repairs to be quoted.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
- Utilize quoting software to create field quotes for needed repairs.
- Deliver accurate and prompt quotes to customers.
- Communicate with field technicians and customers during quoting process.
- Follow up on pending field quotes.
- Follow up on completed field quotes.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma is required.
- HVAC Field Experience a plus.
