Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with technicians in the field to gather details for repairs to be quoted.
- Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
- Utilize quoting software to create field quotes for needed repairs.
- Deliver accurate and prompt quotes to customers.
- Communicate with field technicians and customers during quoting process.
- Follow up on pending field quotes.
- Follow up on completed field quotes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organized and have the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well and contribute to a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma is required.
- HVAC Field Experience a plus.
