Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Three or more years of dispatch or administrative experience, preferably in a high-performance construction or service industry, is preferred.
- Facilitate service requests from customers by coordinating with service technicians and other personnel.
- Work with technicians to coordinate their schedules and provide them with necessary information.
- Forecast future schedules for technicians.
- Communicate with customers to ensure that all commitments are met.
- Utilize service software for service call setup, tech scheduling, and updates.
