What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Rudolph Tire?
We are growing! Rudolph Tire, a national tire distributor, is looking for customer-oriented and motivated representatives to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
- Process customer orders/changes/returns.
- Partner with sales team to meet or exceed customer's service expectations.
- Assist with sales leads and on-boarding new customers.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
- Experience as a client service representative preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer (Word and Excel) skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school degree
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Type: Full Time.
Excellent Benefits: 401K,Paid Vacation Days and Holidays
Salary : $22,300 - $28,200
