Your Role

As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by connecting prospective customers with our sales team. You will be responsible for engaging with online inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and efficiently scheduling appointments.

• Respond to Inquiries : Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries received through various channels, including email, text, and phone calls. Provide customers with a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and specifications to assist them in making informed decisions.
• Schedule Appointments : Coordinate, schedule and confirm appointments with customers for our sales team, ensuring a smooth and seamless booking process.
• Maintain Customer Records : Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions, accurately and meticulously maintain detailed customer records.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with team members, including sales representatives and managers, to achieve department goals and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
