I am a real estate investor and commercial agent with a downtown office, and I’m looking to hire a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to assist with organizing files, scheduling, and general office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized and can manage administrative work independently. The role is flexible, allowing you to work at your own pace while maintaining a consistent weekly payment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Manage scheduling, calendar updates, and appointments
- Basic data entry and record keeping
- Assist with property management-related tasks
- Perform occasional errands or office organization as needed
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Prior administrative or real estate experience is a plus (but not required)
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $100.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
