Associate Graphic DesignerTHE ROLE : The Boutiques Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing digital and print assets to support the Rue La La & Gilt teams.We’re looking for someone with the desire to be a part of something big, the training and foundation to create outstanding work daily, a sophisticated aesthetic sense and the interest to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic retail fashion environment. You’ll be joining a team that takes pride in the excellence of everything they do, all while respecting and protecting the integrity of the world-class brands featured on-site.What you’ll accomplish…Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and a sophisticated use of color paletteDesign a variety of assets for Boutiques, Marketing, and Acquisitions, including Boutique Main doors, advertising assets, and internal creative needs, from conceptualization through final approvalWork collaboratively and constructively on each project with other members on the team including Copywriters, Marketing Managers, Art Directors, Designers, and Brand OperationsDevelop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality, and be able to shift priorities based on changing calendarsAbout You : At Rue Gilt Groupe, diversity enriches our passion, collaboration, kindness and innovation.
