Associate Graphic Designer
THE ROLE :
The Boutiques Associate Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and developing digital and print assets to support the Rue La La & Gilt teams.
We're looking for someone with the desire to be a part of something big, the training and foundation to create outstanding work daily, a sophisticated aesthetic sense and the interest to collaborate and succeed in a dynamic retail fashion environment. You'll be joining a team that takes pride in the excellence of everything they do, all while respecting and protecting the integrity of the world-class brands featured on-site.
What you'll accomplish...
- Execute on-brand design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and a sophisticated use of color palette
- Design a variety of assets for Boutiques, Marketing, and Acquisitions, including Boutique Main doors, advertising assets, and internal creative needs, from conceptualization through final approval
- Work collaboratively and constructively on each project with other members on the team including Copywriters, Marketing Managers, Art Directors, Designers, and Brand Operations
- Develop designs in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality, and be able to shift priorities based on changing calendars

Expected Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $55,000

Our goal is to support, reward, and compensate the entire individual. Depending on role eligibility, your offer may also include bonus / commission, stock options, 401(k) participation, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated.
