Associate Bilingual Attorney - Family Law – Kenner Law Firm
Stephen Rue & Associates, a respected law firm in Kenner, LA, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) associate attorney specializing in family law to join our team. Key Details :
Position : Associate Attorney
Practice Area : Family Law
Language Requirements : Fluent in Spanish and English
Location : 3309 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA 70065
Compensation : Starting at $75,000, with increases based on performance evaluations
Responsibilities :
Draft legal documents and pleadings related to family law cases
Conduct legal research and analysis
Make court appearances and represent clients in legal proceedings
Assist senior attorneys with case preparation and strategy
Provide bilingual legal services to Spanish-speaking clients
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Louisiana State Bar Association
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Strong knowledge of family law and related legal procedures
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience :
1-3 years of experience in family law practice
Previous experience with divorce, child custody, and support cases
Familiarity with Louisiana family law statutes and procedures
