We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Manager in Training, Part-Time Team Leader and Keyholder for our Greenville Mall, Greenville, NClocation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
· Minimum 2 years of visual merchandise experience
· Post-secondary education in fashion arts or fashion related field.
· Must have reliable transportation to travel to different locations regularly
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven track record of having fun with a motivated and dedicated team
- A “Make it Happen” attitude
Responsibilities:
- Train in-Store-Merchandisers and store employees in visual presentation standards.
- Successfully complete all related training programs and identify any additional training that maybe required.
- Maintain solid understanding of fashion colors trends and designs.
- Ensure visual direction meets Company standards.
- Implement visual presentation strategies that support business growth
- Analyze merchandise results and create plans to maximize sales.
- Support the effective execution of new store openings and all new store visual rollout initiatives, newsletters, directives etc.
