We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused individuals to join us as Construction Review Technicians (CRTs). This role is perfect for anyone ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact on local communities. We provide full training—no prior experience required!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Inspect sewer, water, and paving projects to ensure construction meets specifications.
- Use measuring tools to verify materials, line, and grade compliance.
- Keep accurate records and update project documentation using electronic reporting software.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and city staff to keep projects running smoothly.
- Answer public inquiries and address construction-related concerns.
- Work outdoors on real-world projects that improve communities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to interact with project managers, contractors, and the public.
- Ability to learn quickly—we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
- Basic math skills for measurements and estimations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with construction, surveying, or CAD software is a plus, but NOT required.
