What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Assist with the design and development of roads, water systems, and municipal infrastructure.
✔ Work with engineers and project managers on planning, drafting, and site inspections.
✔ Use industry-standard software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD (training provided!).
✔ Participate in fieldwork, construction site visits, and data collection.
✔ Collaborate with contractors, city officials, and clients to ensure project success.
✔ Solve real-world engineering challenges that impact communities.
What You Need to Succeed:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork.
✅ Willingness to learn new technologies and engineering software.
✅ A valid driver’s license.
✅ (Preferred, but not required) Internship experience with construction, surveying, CAD software.
