Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Technician to join our shop team in Osceola. In this role, you will perform a variety of mechanical repairs on gas and diesel engines, troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems, and ensure our equipment runs at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct shop-based repair work and perform quality maintenance service on customer equipment.
- Occasionally travel to customer locations for on-site service.
- Accurately diagnose equipment issues and recommend effective repairs.
- Identify required parts and supplies to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following proper safety procedures.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on repairs.
- Assist with loading and unloading machinery, operating a forklift as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of CNH or equivalent repair training and experience.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL is a plus.
- Must possess your own tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
