Your Role:
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for:
- Driving profitable revenue by renting and selling new and used ag and construction equipment.
- Cultivating strong customer relationships within your assigned territory.
- Utilizing our CRM database and market insights to prioritize your sales activities.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3 years of proven success in Inside or Outside Sales, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities, self-motivation, and effective time management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
Work Environment:
- Office (20%) and field (80%) work, with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Local day travel is routine, with occasional overnight trips.
