Responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth objectives.
- Manage public relations (PR), social media, content creation, client services coordination, and sales alignment.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns, tracking results and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Serve as a member of the Leadership Team, collaborating with department heads to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Track and optimize ROI for all marketing initiatives, ensuring a data-driven approach.
- Cultivate and track relationships with estate planning attorneys and other referral partners.
- Oversee participation in networking groups and ensure follow-ups with thank-you notes, strategic gifting, and engagement tracking.
- Organize firm-sponsored lunches and speaking engagements, positioning the firm as a thought leader in trust litigation.
- Encourage and mentor attorneys to enhance business development efforts and secure origination credit.
- Develop and execute a public relations strategy to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure positive press coverage.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
- Manage crisis communications and brand reputation.
- Lead the firm’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost engagement, follower growth, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with influencers and industry leaders to amplify the firm’s digital presence.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee content strategy for blog posts, vlogs, videos, and podcasts, ensuring high-quality, informative content that aligns with our brand voice.

- Monitor and respond to client feedback, integrating it into marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture potential clients through the marketing funnel.
- Implement email marketing campaigns and other lead nurturing strategies to support revenue growth.
- Track and analyze sales data to refine marketing efforts.
