The Network Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the firm’s network. This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal or professional services environment and a keen understanding of the unique challenges faced by law firms.
Network Administrator Responsibilities :
- Implement, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Configure and maintain network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Perform regular network maintenance and upgrades, including patches and security updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure configuration and maintenance of servers, workstations, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures.
