At Ruffin It Resort, we're expanding our team of dedicated dog enthusiasts, and we want you to be a part of it! We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our pet care team. Position : Dog Care Pro

Responsibilities :

Facilitate off-leash playgroups for our furry friends.
Document behavior information for each pet.
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Attend to the needs of our boarding guests during their stays.
Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications :

Passion for Pet Care.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain flexible with assigned duties.

Team-oriented mindset.

Excellent time and task management skills.

Dedication to the health, safety, and cleanliness of the environment.

Consistently positive, punctual, and professional.

Willingness to learn animal body language and behavior.

Work Environment / Physical Demands :

Move throughout the resort for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day).

Lift and move items up to 40 lbs.

Respond to team members' and guests' requests in a lively environment.

Perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching to care for pets and maintain the facility.

Physical Requirements :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to :

Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms.

Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Talk or hear; taste or smell.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
