What We Are Looking For :
RuffleButts is looking for a Merchandise Assistant to add to our Merchandising team! This person will work closely with all areas of the business to assist with pricing, purchase order management, running and analyzing merchandise reports and item data management. The ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about results, is comfortable with creating and analyzing spreadsheets, and is able to handle all aspects of writing and updating purchase orders.
To Summarize, You Will :
- Support the Merchandising Team with pricing, inventory management, and report running
- Report on Item performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Update weekly reports
- Purchase Order Management : write and amend POs for all channels
- Partner with Ecommerce Team on Product Enable / Disablement
- Partner with Amazon Team on Item Set Up
- Partner with Merchandising Team on SKU Set up and management
- Omni-Channel inventory management and allocation
- Assist Category Director on marketing details and pricing preparations
- Experience in assistant buying, assortment planning or merchandise allocation in Children's Apparel and eCommerce industry, a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with business intelligence tools a plus! (Excel, Tableau, and Netsuite, etc.)
- Knowledge of retail financial metrics
- The ability to quickly analyze based on business needs and meeting deadlines.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
