Position Summary: The Area Manager provides strategic direction and leadership for a regional team, nested within the corporate strategy set by the Vice Presidents. The Area Manager orchestrates the implementation and execution of strategic objectives across the region, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide direction, purpose, and motivation to your staff, Branch Managers, and Region in order to execute our mission, develop your employees, and improve the organization.
- Oversee regional operations, sales, and inventory management, leveraging key metrics for success.
- Analyze financial performance with full P & L accountability, driving proactive adjustments as needed.
- Cultivate and expand the regional business footprint through strategic initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the Branch Teams, empowering them to excel in implementing strategic objectives.
- Anticipate and adapt to market shifts, ensuring business continuity through adjustments.
- Optimize organizational structure to meet evolving business demands.
- Mentor team members, facilitating robust succession planning.
- Uphold and refine policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards.
- Forge and fortify strategic alliances with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
- Serve as the organization's ambassador at key industry events
