Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of high end truck camper products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires hands-on work with various tools and machinery, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
• Fabricate components using hand tools and power tools, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Perform routine inspections of machinery and equipment, identifying any maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines in the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
• Previous experience in wood framing or extrusion and sealant a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
