We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret and analyze complex data sets, providing actionable insights that drive business performance and understanding where our product can be improved. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze large datasets and generate reports that provide insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic decision-making as well as understanding how and where we can improve our product.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Design and implement data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of automated reporting tools and processes for operational efficiency.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data management.
- Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance reporting capabilities and business impact.
- Working cross-functional with other teams like Engineering, Marketing, UI / UX designers and other members in order to improve patient engagement based on patterns found in data.
