To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity you must have at least the following:
· Ability to work either 1st or 2nd shift:
- 1st shift hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00am to 4:00pm
- 2nd shift hours are Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am
· Ability to use manual deburring equipment, such as deburring brushes, wheels, blades and motorized hand tools
· Ability to visually inspect parts under the microscope while deburring
· Hands that are steady with good dexterity
· Proven mechanical aptitude
· Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate and strong attention to detail
· High School Diploma or GED
Deburring Technician Essential Duties:
· Perform manual and micro deburring of metal and plastic parts.
· Operate three stage ultra-sonic cleaner, to remove oil and loose particles from parts.
· Exercise care and attention to detail.
· Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
