Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, and fun dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional guest relations skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, providing excellent service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized service, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Stay updated on menu items, drink specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong math skills for cash handling and managing tabs accurately.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
