What are the responsibilities and job description for the 3rd Shift Maintenance Inventory Clerk position at Ruiz Food Product, Inc.?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive repair parts and general supplies into the MP2, CMMS, & M3 system & create receiving documents.
- Unload MRO repair parts & general supplies from delivery vehicles. Must be able to operate a forklift safely and effectively.
- Prepare outbound materials for shipping including loading pallets and crates and strapping materials for shipment.
- Check out/check in maintenance tools & radios.
- Check out repair parts & general supplies from the MP2 CMMS system as needed by the mechanics & electricians.
- Take cycle counts of inventory parts using hand-held scanners & download to MP2 CMMS.
- Track maintenance tools and equipment on log sheets.
- Charge out parts in the MP2 system to mechanics and department supervisors/leads.
SKILLS:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) or 1-3 years related experience.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Computer experience (Windows environment).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent Microsoft skills required (Must pass Microsoft Excel aptitude test).
SALARY: ENTRY LEVEL 4 (NON-EXEMPT)
QUALIFIED LEVEL 5
