What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Runner position at Ruiz Food Product, Inc.?
COMPENSATION:
- $17.85 - $18.60/hr
DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES:
- Use buckets to supply filler machines with ingredients.
- Operate batter machine, food pump, or any other equipment/machinery needed for food production.
- Supply Product and tortillas to each line, set-up tables and footstools.
- Remove filler machines to staging area at the end of shift.
- Remove and weigh waste, then take to waste area.
- Calculate weight and check standards.
- Make adjustments to equipment as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
SKILLS:
- Must be able to read materials concerning safety items and production
- Standard (scale weights, etc.).
- Certification of operation of an electric pallet jack (certificate provided by the company).
- Good attendance and excellent communication skills required.
- Knowledge of GMP’s, USDA, QA, HACCP, AND SANITATION
