Bilingual (English and Spanish) Full-Time Front Desk Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, Florida
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) full-time Front Desk Assistant to join our law practice in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Position Overview:
The Front Desk Assistant will provide essential support to attorneys and staff and serve as the first point of contact for our clients. This individual will handle all front desk responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Receiving and greeting clients and visitors.
- Answering and returning telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Managing and updating the office calendar.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Maintaining office supply inventory.
- Performing light office cleaning as needed.
Client Interaction and Problem-Solving:
We are looking for a team member who is outgoing, approachable, and eager to assist. A key part of this role is answering phone calls promptly and professionally to assist clients and potential clients with their needs. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive first impression of our firm.
Additionally, this position requires someone who is proactive in greeting visitors by promptly answering the door when the doorbell rings, ensuring clients and guests feel welcomed and valued. We need someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with people, solving problems, and being a dependable resource for both clients and colleagues.

Additional Details:
- Hours: Generally 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional late days as necessary.
