Ruiz McDonald’s is searching for a full-time training coordinator to provide an excellent level of facilitation in and outside of the classroom, deliver 1:1 coaching regularly, and contribute to the overall success of the training department. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about training and have the desire to make a significant impact on the leaders of tomorrow. This person must be accustomed to change, and expect it in the work environment, along with having the ability to thrive through change. Job Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday
Salary Range: $40,000-50,000
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitating training classes for all levels of leadership in the organization such as ServSafe, beginning shift management courses, advanced leadership courses, and other developing courses.
Performing shift leadership assessments on new and existing restaurant leaders to check for adherence to policy/procedure as well as recognize top performance.
Providing 1:1 feedback and coaching to contribute to development and/or improvement of leadership processes
Coordinating and scheduling of development classes as well as maintaining updated rosters.
Assisting in the development of succession plans within restaurant teams and tracking progress of the succession plans per restaurant.
Communicate training updates or new information to restaurant teams in a timely manner and assist when needed for implementation.
Maintain and communicate accurate records of training, employee participation, and performance.
Job Qualifications:
Have a passion for training, development, and people
A reliable form of transportation- the ability to travel between job sites
High school diploma or GED/equivalency
Maintain a full-time work schedule
May be required to lift up to 25lbs
Standing/walking for up to 8 hours
Excellent oral and written communication
Available to work any day (Sunday through Saturday) from 5am until 11pm, as necessary for training needs
Must have strong public speaking skills
Must have strong comprehensive skills
Must be experienced with Word, Excel (basic), Adobe, Canva, and/or PowerPoint.
Bi-lingual is a PLUS but not required
Must have Critical Thinking Skills
Must have strong organizational skills
