What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Rule of Thirds?
Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest experience at the table, including greetings, menu sales, table maintenance, overall guest satisfaction and happiness, and maintaining a strong command of the food and beverage programs. They work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our guests, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2 years experience serving in a high-volume restaurant
- A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality
- Flexible work schedules: the ability to work nights, brunches, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
- Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
