Personal Care Attendant (PCA)
Shifts: 7a-3p and 3p-11p
Our company is seeking a dynamic, compassionate Personal Care Attendant (PCA) that is excited to begin their journey to becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant! As the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) you are responsible for providing personal care assistance to residents who need help with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. The PCA must demonstrate a caring and compassionate demeanor while providing services in a safe and effective manner.
- Helping residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assisting with mobility, transfers and daily exercises
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and health status of the resident
- Maintaining confidential records and reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- No prior work history as a PCA
