Role Description:
Conversational AI & Orchestration:
Develop and manage synthetic agents using the Google Conversational Platform and playbook-driven workflows.
Implement multi-agent orchestration leveraging LangGraph, LangChain (ReACT), and LLM tooling to optimize performance.
Scalable, Low-Latency Real-Time Architecture:
Design and implement massive-scale, low-latency architectures for real-time event processing.
Focus on eventing and extending conversational context using technologies such as BigTable, Time Series databases, Pub/Sub, and Kafka.
Machine Learning & MLOps:
Leverage ML frameworks and MLOps best practices to optimize model deployment and lifecycle management.
Continuously refine models to mitigate AI hallucinations through ongoing evaluation rather than one-time fixes.
Responsible AI & Guardrails:
Implement robust guardrails, supervision mechanisms, and observability tools to enhance explainability and transparency in GenAI systems.
Ensure Responsible AI (RAI) implementation at scale, particularly for regulated industries like Fintech.
Cost Optimization & Hybrid AI Solutions:
Develop cost-effective GenAI solutions by balancing deterministic and probabilistic approaches.
Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining high performance and compliance standards.
Cloud-Native & Event-Driven Integration:
Integrate solutions with GCP cloud-native microservices and an event-driven
