Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical unit in Richmond, VA. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality nursing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient conditions.
- Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Virginia.
- BLS/ACLS certification (as required).
- Med-Surg experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply).
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
