Position Details:
- Responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
- Conduct accident scene inspections with experts, draft reports and analyze liability, causation and damages.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings and argue motions.
- Interview witnesses, expert depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel and conduct legal research
Qualifications:
- 5 years of civil litigation experience. Litigation experience preferred in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation
- Ability to handle files from inception to trial
- Experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
