This entry-level position with our Madison, AL fitness boxing gym is an invaluable part of our members' satisfaction and our facility's success.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING A PART-TIME SALES REP
THE SCHEDULE:
You work 4- or 8-hour shifts, Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed.
YOUR ROLE:
Every interaction is an opportunity to shine and make a positive impact on current and potential members! You're responsible for booking classes, generating leads, finding new members, and providing great customer service along the way. Working with our general manager, you promote our classes and services, conduct facility tours, and encourage people to sign up. You demonstrate the value of becoming a member and strive to meet your goals and quotas. Your upbeat attitude and drive to succeed play a crucial role in our long-term success and our members' happiness!
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Fantastic sales and customer service skills
- English communication skills with the ability to speak to customers in person, over the phone, and through email
- Motivation to meet goals and drive up memberships
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn ClubReady software
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required
