Job Summary
Rumble Boxing Riverton is looking for enthusiastic, sales-driven individuals to join our team as Front Desk / Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing new members into the studio, guiding them through the sales process, and fostering an energetic and welcoming environment. You will also help retain current members by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the studio's high standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process from lead generation to follow-up and closing
- Conduct facility tours while building relationships and identifying individual goals and needs
- Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
- Promote and reinforce the club's mission as a fitness and wellness provider
- Present services to current and prospective members
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals
- Participate in special events to promote the club
- Take responsibility for developing selling skills
- Process accurate credit card transactions
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure a smooth sales process
- Complete all required training programs
- Capture content for social media with a strong understanding of social media best practices
- Clean and maintain the studio clean
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Problem-solver with a proactive approach
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to quickly learn and use the ClubReady software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both in person, on the phone, and via email
- Bilingual is a plus
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Authorization to work in the United States required

Availability & Hiring Shifts:
Candidates must commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week and be available for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

- Mondays: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM | 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM | 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Wednesdays: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM | 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM | 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Thursdays: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM | 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Fridays: 5:30 AM – 11:00 AM | 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Saturdays: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM | 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Sundays: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
