About the Role
We are seeking motivated Outside Sales Associates to join our dynamic door-to-door (D2D) sales team for the summer season. No prior sales experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic, a goal-oriented mindset, and a commitment to personal growth.

What You'll Do
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales to promote Rumble Pest Solutions' services.
- Learn and deliver proven sales scripts to educate customers on our offerings and close deals.
- Participate in live, hands-on training with company owners and team leaders to refine your sales pitch and techniques.
- Work collaboratively in small groups of 2-3 to maintain motivation and accountability.
- Track sales performance and strive to exceed daily and weekly goals.
