Sales Professional- Powersports

Responsibilities

• Assist guests through the purchase process from selection to numbers to financing and delivery ensuring their time with us is easy and stress-free!
• Sell motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.
• Sell the passion and excitement of powersports to our customers.
• Make introductions to other departments to ensure cross-selling of Parts and Accessories, Financing, Insurance Products and Services, Warranties, and Service Plans.
• Patiently and persistently follow up on all prospects and customers, using proactive sales techniques.
• Follow a well-structured sales process (that works!)
• Enter data into our CRM on all client information and interactions.
• Stay up to date with our brand, product knowledge, company information, sales, and company-wide events, truly becoming a resource to our customer base.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills.
• Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the power sports industry.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays at our facility in Tallahassee, FL
• Attention to detail and organized.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked.
• Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphones, email, and social media apps.
• Riding experience and current motorcycle endorsement are desired, but not required.
• Punctuality is key.
