Essential Job Functions
- Drive and operate the beverage cart on the golf course, ensuring timely service to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including beverage selections, snacks, and promotional items.
- Accurately take and process orders, handle cash and credit card transactions, and maintain proper recordkeeping.
- Ensure the beverage cart is stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Comply with all alcohol service regulations and check IDs as necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with other Food & Beverage operations as needed.
- Previous customer service or food & beverage experience preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Walk on uneven terrain and hillsides.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 30 lbs. without assistance.
- Operate a vehicle for job-related duties.
