This is a full-time, exempt position scheduled to work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Essential Job Duties
- Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing food & beverage team.
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Oversee budgets, labor, inventory, and supplies to meet financial goals.
- Ensure daily operations comply with health, safety, and ABC laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement new promotions, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on forecasting and planning.
- One year experience in a food & beverage management role (restaurant, resort, private club, etc.)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality a plus.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working long shifts in a fast-paced, hot, and humid environment.
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
