- Assist the property manager with all administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to the collection of rent, handling of resident issues, and property accounting tasks
- Manage all advertising, leasing, and applicant approvals
- Work with the Property Manager to optimize resident relations and resident retention activities of the community
- Motivate employees in a positive environment
- Fill out appropriate paperwork and reporting as necessary
- In the absence of the Property Manager, must be on call and available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis
- Must be able to effectively work with a wide variety of personalities in interacting with customers, staff and supervisors in a courteous and professional manner
- Any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
- Minimum High School Education or GED
- 1 year experience in property management, hotel management or customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and working knowledge of basic programs (Office products)
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
