RK&K's Construction Engineering Inspection and Construction Management Division is hiring a Construction Inspector to join our team in NW Georgia. As a Construction Inspector with RK&K you will strengthen our construction engineering and inspection business while leading complex and routine inspections on projects including highway, bridge, municipal design / design-build projects.
Essential Functions :
- Provide construction management support, including inspection, and monitoring of construction ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Fully engage in solving intermediate problems to provide evaluation and sound solutions
- Monitor the activities of other inspectors
- Ability to communicate effectively across different platforms with project management, clients, stakeholders, and contractors
- Interface with clients, state and federal agencies, and other engineering disciplines on construction projects
- Recordkeeping, materials testing, and reporting as required
- Must possess high integrity and ethics in all aspects of dealing with clients, subconsultants, and peers
