At RK&K we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to the Marketing Team for all disciplines, as required. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start a career in proposal management and business development.
Essential Functions
- Complete proposal forms, coordinate signature / notary as needed
- Assist with maintaining resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions and photographs
- Editing proposals and presentations / processing markups from technical reviews
- Formatting documents and presentations
- Searching for relevant RFP's circulating to correct decision makers
- Assembling basic marketing packages, small proposals and / or other collateral information
