Delivery Truck Drivers are responsible for the delivery and / or removal of waste or recycling containers to customers. Delivery Drivers must be able to safely operate the vehicle, as well as provide courteous service to customers.
Days : Monday - Friday
Hours : 6 : 00 am - 8 : 00 pm
Responsibilities of Position :
- Operates truck and performs job duties in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Performs deliveries to outlying locations and / or vendors.
- Completes proper documentation for internal and external customers.
- Conducts pre-trip / post trip inspections and completes logs.
- Maintains and updates drivers log sheets. (when required)
- Professional interaction with co-workers, internal and external customers.
- May assist in other projects or areas as needed.
- Maintains a positive work atmosphere by performing and communicating in a manner that promotes good relationships with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
